and Fixing Time of Hearing on the Award File No. 18456E-1

Voting In the matter of
Ward
5 Condemning and taking easements, sub�ect to easements of record and
existing structures, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a
public sewer on, under and across those parts of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 30, Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County Minnesota described as
f ollows:
(All Distances, Bearings and Co^ordinates are Minnesota State Plane,
South Zone. Based on City of Saint Paul 1986 Section Corner Co^ordinate
Values.)
Beginning at a point that is South 67 degrees 04 minutes 21 seconds
West of and 757.12 feet distant from the East Quarter Corner of said
Section 30, said quarter corner has a co^ordinate value of N 719514.95, E
2236554.31;
thence South 33 degrees 03 minutes 05 seconds West of and 87.09 feet
distant;
thence South 50 degrees 19 minutes 12 seconds West, 87.71 feet distant;
thence South 26 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds East, 237.47 feet to the
point of beginning of the centerline of a 20 foot permanent easement and a
30 foot temporary construction easement that is 20 feet right of and 10
feet left of the following described centerline;
unde thence South 79 degrees 12 minutes 57 seconds East, 42.76 feet to the
termination of said easements at a point that is South 45 degrees 53
Preli: minutes 25 seconds West of and 926.61 feet distant from the said East
Quarter Corner. (said easement is located near the intersection of
Fina: Mississippi Street and Case Avenue)
Said easement to expire on June 30, 1988 or on completion of the pro�ect which
ever comes first.

RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 8th day of
SeQtember. 1987 at nine o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
