We applied for a Sewer Availability Charge {SAC} on May 19. 1999, and had been issued a permit on June 3, 1999. However, after breaking gound on the lots earlier this week, we found that the sites are not up to building standards. Both lots were filled with lazge remnants of concrete and other large debris. Due to the high costs of soil conections and material removal, we have decided not to proceed with our plans to buitd at tivs time. In order to acquire the permits, it was necessary to pay $1,050.00 for each lot as the SAC fee. For both lots we paid a total of $2,100.00, but now no longer need those services. We would like to request a refund for the fees with the cancellation of the pernuts. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact myself or Joe O'Brien at 651- 773-9916.
