WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by Board
File No. 29016, approved January 9, 1909, did vacate certain
p�ublic right-of-way in the City of Saint Paul described as
fi�llows:
! Edmund Street, from Fairview avenue to Aldine street;
also Charles street, from Fairview avenue to Aldine
� street; Sherburne avenue, from Fairview avenue to the
; easterly line of lot 27 in block 5 and the easterly
line of lot 4 in block 8 of Dickerman Park; also
I Wheeler avenue from University avenue to Thomas street;
also all of the alleys in blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and
� 8, and the alley in block 5, from Wheeler avenue to the
i easterly line of lots 4 and 27 in said block 5 of
Dickerman Park Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota.
I WHEREAS, Based upon utility easement certificates of
I�ntended Non-Use filed voluntariTy on behalf of Northern States
i�ower Company Gas Division, the Department of Public Works, the
Water Utility, Western Union, District Energy St. Paul, Inc. and
Qontinental Cablevision and made a part hereof by this reference
and filed in the office of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City
Lor itself and on behalf of these corporations and Departments
�aives the right to utility easements in the vacated area as
escribed in the Certificates of Intended Non-Use.
I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 130.06 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code and on behalf of the City of
�aint Paul and those persons for whom the City has reserved
asements, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
�vaive and release the retained utility easements in the vacated
public property as specified in the Certificates of Intended Non-
Use; and described as follows:
