£rom the Environmental Trust £und, as recommended by the Legislative Commission on Minnesota Resources (LQ+II2),
£or the continued improvement of Harriet Island Park, and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has appropriated Regional Parks and open Space bond funds for said Harriet
Island improvement project, and
WHEREAS, said project appropriations are to be received by the City via grant agreement between the City and the
Mettopolitan Council,
NoW TAEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the appropriate City of£icials are
hereby authorized to execute agreements with the Metropolitan Council to accept and implement said grant, and
FURTHER RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Mayor and the positive advice of the Long Range Capital
Improvement Budget Committee, that the 1999 Capital Improvement Budget as heretofore adopted and amended by the
Council, is hereby further amended as follows: y
