The East 1/2 of Vacated Albert Street from Marshall Avenue to vacated
Dayton Avenue. The North 1/2 of vacated Dayton Avenue from centerline of
vacated Albert Street west to existing Dayton Avenue.
Southwest 1/4 Section 34, Township 29, Range 23:
That part of the West 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 Section 34, Township 29,
Range 23 from Pascal Street to 700 feet west that lies north of a line
672.38 feet south of and parallel to the south line of University Avenue
and south of a line 657.38 feet south of and parallel to the south line of
University Avenue.
That part of the West 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 Section 34, Township 29,
Range 23, from Pascal Street to 600 feet west that lies north of a line
707.38 feet south of and parallel to the south line of Universiy Avenue
and south of a line 697.38 feet south of and parallel to the south line of
University Avenue.

Valuations and Assessments, 218 City Hall. Said temporary easements to
expire December 31 , 1988, or upon completion of the project, whichever
occurs first.
