condemning and taking fee title in that property bounded on the North by
the northerly boundary of Sims Street extended, on the Northeast by the
Southwesterly line of the existing Trout Brook Interceptor Sewer Easement,
on the Southeast by the Northwesterly rightrof-�way line of Interstate 35E,
on the Southwest by the Northeasterly right—of—�way line of the Soo Line
; Railroad.
Also, condemning and taking permanent utility easements and temporary
construction easements as shown on plan Number 121087, dated December 10,
1987, on file in the Department of Finance and Management Services,
Division of Valuations and Assessments.
This is in conjunction with the Jackson/Magnolia Storm Sewer and Paving
Pro�ect.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resoives:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 350,000 , financed from Sewer Separation System Charge

2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of
January, 1988 2t nine, ,�#x�f}c�09;o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paui.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
