as shown on Plan No. 1214, dated December 14, 1987, on file in the Division of
Valuations and Assessments, Department of Finance and Management Services.
This is in con�unction with the Hamline/Hewitt Storm Sewer Pro,ject.
under Administrative Order -- approved --
The ,�ouncil of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having cor�sidered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 45.��� . financed by Sewer Service Separation Charge.
2. Tlhat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of
Januarv, 1988 at nine ,X�X���o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. Tl�at notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
