Voting In the Matter of Improving Bidwell Street from Annapolis Street to Winona
Ward Street by grading and paving, constructing coricrete curb and gutters and
constructing a street lighting system. Also, constructing a sanitary
2 sewer from Annapolis Street to 30 feet South of Sidney Street.
Also, constructing sanitary sewer service connections.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
haying considered said report,hereby resolves:
I 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 121,715 , financed by assessments $32,300 and City Aid $89,415.
Sanitary Sewer Service connection assessed at cost $750 per connection
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of Januar�,, 1988 ,at
nine �t�t�@ o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
