Voting I the Matter of improving Bush Avenue from DeSoto Street to 110 feet West •
Ward of Payne Avenue with a bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutters,
concrete driveways and outwalks, boulevard reforestation and a
7 street lighting system all to be known as the EDGERTON/BUSH AREA
PAVING AND LIGHTING PROJECT.

e Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having onsidered said report,hereby resolves:
1 That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 139.000 , financed by Assessments $24,000; Water Utility $17,000;
Sewer Service Fund Surcharge $36,000; Storm Sewer System Charge $4,000
and 1988 Capital Improvement Bonds $58,000.
2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �� day of��.�� �qgg ,at
nine %� o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3 That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
