RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota that Chapter 202,
section 13, of the Mimiesota Session Laws for 1999, authorizing the assuance of temporary
into�cating liquor licenses under Minn. Stat. §340A.404, subd. 10 to Macalester College far the
Maclaester Scottish fair, Springfest and the annual ainuu�i reunion weekend without regard to the
limitafion in Minn. Stat. §340A.410, subd. 10(b), and fiarther authorizing the issuance of a
temporary on sale into�cating liquor license to Twin Cities Mazathon, Inc. for the sale of
intoxicating malt liquor and 3.2 percent malt liquor on the Capitol grounds on the day of the
Twin Cifies Marathon, shail be and said Act hereby is in a11 things approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the chief clerical officer of the
wuncil of the City of Saint Paul to forthwith file with the Secretary of State a certificate in the
form prescribed by the Attorney General stating the essential facts necessary to said approval of
said Act hereunder and including a copy of this resolution of approval of said Act.
