I987 MEMO UM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement is by and etween the City of Saint Paul and
the Saint Paul Supervisors Organization. In full settlement, the parties
hereto have agreed as follows:
1. Except as herein modified the signe 1985-1986 Collective Bargaining
Agreement between the parties, shal be the basis of the forthcoming
labor agreement.
2. Article 20.2 of said agreement shal be replaced with Article 20.2
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. Appendix "A" of said agreement shal be replaced with Appendix "A"
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
t is understood that the above settlem nt shall be recommended by the

20.2 Except as herein provided this AG EEMENT shall be effective as of the date
it is executed by the parties and shall continue in full force and effect
until December 31, 1987 and there fter until modified or amended by mutual
agreement of the parties. Either party desiring to amend, or modify this
AGREEMENT shall notify the other n writing so as to comply with the
provisions of the Public Employme t Labor Relations Act of 1971.
