described above in a fut re plat and shall dedicate in
this plat a utility easement for sanitary sewers
subject to the approval of the Department of Public
Works Sewer Engineer.
3 . That the petitioner shal pay a $500.00 administrative
fee for this vacation wh ch is due and payable within
60 days of the publication date of this resolution.
4 . Based upon utility easement Certificates of Intended
Non-Use filed voluntari y on behalf of Department of
Public Works , Northwestern Bell Telephone Company,
Northern States Power ompany, the Water Utility,
Continental Cablevision, District Energy St. Paul and
Western Union and made a part hereof by this reference
and filed in the office of the City Clerk of Saint
Paul , the City for its lf and on behalf of these
corporations and depar ments waives the right to
utility easements in tha portion of the vacated area,
described as follows:
