PAUL: THE STORY OF THE ��ABASHA STREET BRIDCTE_(hereafter refened to as the Pro�ram). In exchanae for fair and reasonable consideration the City of Saint Paul aQrees to allow Twin Cities Public Television 6 broadcasts of the Program within a two year period beginnin� July l, 1999. The City of Saint Paul aQrees to allo«� Twin Cities Public Television to use excerpts or portions of the Proaram for the purpose of promoting the broadcast of the Proaram or for producinQ a sampler of the programs presented on Twin Cities Public Television. The City of Saint Paul wanants and represents that it has secured all necessary rights releases, and clearances with respect to all elements contained in the ProQram and persons appearinJ in the Projrain and/or participating in the production of the Pro�ram, and aarees to indemnify and hold Twin Cities Public Television blameless asainst all claims, dama�es, costs, liabilities and expenses, includin� reasonable attorney's fees which may be suffered due to any breach of these warranties made by the City of Saint Paul. This aQreement is entered into and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
