WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council file #87-1256,
dated August 27, 1987, said resolut on being the Ratification of
Assessments for the DALE/HOYT AREA S ORM SEWER PROJECT identified
as Finance and Management File No. 1 441.
WHEREAS, the property at 16 7 Farrington Street being
legally described as:
Sarahs Out Lots Blocks 9 th ough 40 , subject to
road; the following; the We t 200 feet of North 1/2
of Lot 15 and part of South 1/2 of Lot 15 described
as beginning at Northwest corner of South 1/2 of
said Lot thence East on North Line said South 1/2
125 feet thence Southwest o point on West line of
Lot 15 25 feet South of N rth line of said South
1/2 thence North on West line to beginning in Lot
15
with the property identification nu ber of 24-29-23-12-0003, was
assessed the amount of $2, 378. 13.
WHEREAS, after investigating the complaint of the property
� owner , said assessment amount sh uld be changed to $2, 215.00
based on a reduction in the square f otage of his property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLV D, that the said changed
assessment amount be approved and t e reduction amount of $163.13
be funded by the State Grant Funds.
