THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based on the conditions described above the proper City O ficials are hereby authorized to enter into any agreements an issue any deeds necessary to facilitate the conveyance of title by Quit Claim Deed for Parcels 1 and 2 and the temporary constr ction easements by a right-of- entry permit for Parcels 3 and 7 nd shall accept title from the State of Minnesota Department of ransportation for Parcels 4, 5 and 6.
