Jessamine Avenue from Sylvan Str et to Agate Street
Magnolia Avenue from Sylvan Str et to Agate Street
Abell Street from Jessamine venue to Maryland Avenue and
Agate Street from Cayuga Str et to Jessamine Avenue all to
be known as the JACKSON/MAGNOLIA EA STREET PAVING AND LIGHTING PROJECT.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having receiv d the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby appr ved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 958,000 , financedby assess ents $267,000; Water Utility $9,000;
Storm Sewer Service Ch rge $24,000 and Capital Improvement
Bonds $658,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 12th day of January, 1988 ,at
nine �o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of t e City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to th persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the impro ement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
