Voting In the Matter of improvements for the G nd Avenue West Area Proj ect, as
Ward approved by Final Order, Council File Number 86-0601,
adopted May 13, 1986, to now include the following
3 improvements:
Remove the N.S.P. woo poles in front of Ramsey Jr. High
School on Grand Avenue to provide space for a new pad
mounted transformer a d reroute service cables from the
school to transformer nd to bury power and cable lines
between Snelling and mbridge.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having receiv d the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby appr ved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 248.800 , financedby assess ents 114,639 and Neighborhood Partnership
Program (NPP) $137,50
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement n the 8th day of December, 1987 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of e City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Pa�l.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the impro ement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
