RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the title of Office Services
Administrative Supervisor be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 3,

WHAT WILL BE ACHIEVED BY TAKING ACTION ON THE ATTACHED MATERIALS?
In response to a comparable worth appeal of the incumbent and with
the support of the Department of Water Utility, a study was conducted
on the Office Services Administrative Supervisor classification.
This is a single-incumbent classification.
It was found that the current pay Grade of 3 in the Professional
Supervisory Standard Ranges inadequately compensates the incumbent
for the duties and responsibilities of this class.
This resolution implements these findings by re-grading the
classification of Office Services Administrative Supervisor to
Professional Grade 11.
COST/BENEFIT. BUDGETARY AND PERSONNEL IMPACTS ANTICIPATED:
This a single-incumbent title. The cost for the remainder of 1987
will be approximately $1114. The cost for an entire year will be
approximately $7245. This represents a 26� increase for the title.
This change is not anticipated to impact the salary rate of any other
title.
