Voting In the Matter of Improving the following streets by grading and paving, constructing
Ward concrete curb and gutters, a street lighting system and storm water
5 drainage facilities in: :
Montana Avenue from Arkwright Street to the proposed cul—de—sac
approximately 290 feet west of the west line of
Arkwright Street and
Nebraska Avenue from Arkwright Street to the proposed cul—de—sac
approximately 420 feet west of the west line of
Arkwright Street.
Also, construct a sanitary sewer in Nebraska Avenue from 370 feet
west of the west line of Arkwright Street to 4300 feet west of west
line of Arkwright Street.
Also, the construction of sewer service connections.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 129,400 , financed by assessments.
Estimated cost per sanitary sewer service connection $750.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 24 day of November, 1987 ,at
nine �#�c�o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
tirhe and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
