It is our allegation that the above described activity violates the following: (1) Saint Paul Legislative Code 33.03, Permits When Required, (c) Mechanical. No person shall install, alter, reconstruct, or repair any heating, ven- tilating, cooling, or refrigeration equipment without first obtaining a permit to do such work from the building official. You may be represented at this hearing by an attorney or other representative of your choice. You and/or your attorney/representative will be allowed to cross-examine witnesses and present evidence through witnesses and documents at this hearing.
