An Administrative Resolution changing the rate
of pay for Treasury Manager in the Salary Plan
and Rates of Compensation Resolution.
RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the title of Treasury Manager be
changed from the rate set forth in Grade 22, Section I D 4, to Grade 29,
Section I D 4, in the Salary Plan and Ra.tes of Compensation Resolution; and
be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in
force on the first pay period after the passage, approval, and publication
of this resolution.

WHAT WILL BE A HIEVED BY TAKING ACTION ON THE ATTACHED MATERIALS? (Purpose/
Rationale) :
At the request of the Department of Finance and Management Services, a study was
conduc ed of the Treasury Ma.nager classification. This is a single-incumbent
classi ication. It was found that the current pay Grade of 22 in the
Profes ional Supervisory Standard Ranges iriadequately compensates the incumbent
for th�e duties and responsibilities of this class. This resolution implements
these indings by re-grading the classification of Treasury Manager to
Profes�ional Supervisory Stanc�ard Ra.nges Grade 29. � �

COST/BENEFIT, UDGETARY AND PERSONNEL IMPACTS ANTICIPATED:
This i a single-incumbent title. The cost for the rema.inder of 1987 will be
approx tely $1755. The cost for an entire year will be approximately $11,409.
This r presents a 23� increase for the title. This change is not anticipated to
impact the salary rate of any other title.
