An Administrative Resolution changing the rate
of pay for License Inspector in the Salary Plan
and Rates of Compensation Resolution.
RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the title of License Inspector be
changed from the rate set forth in Grade 22, Section I D 4, to Grade 27,
Section I D 4, in the Salary Plan and Ra.tes of Compensation Resolution; and
be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in
force on the first pay period after the passage, approval, and publication
of this resolution.

Rationale) :
At th request of the Department of Finance and Management Services, a study was
conducted of the License Inspector classification. This is a single-incumbent
class fication. It was found that the current pay Grade of 22 in the
Profes ional Supervisory Standard Ra.nges inadequately compensates the incumbent
for t duties and responsibilities of this class. This resolution implements
these indings by re-grading the classification of License Inspector to
Profes ional Supervisory Standard Ranges Grade 27. '
COST BENEFIT BUDGETARY AND PERSONNEL IMPACTS ANTICIPATED:
This i a single-incumbent title. The cost for the remainder of 1987 will be
approx tely $1216. The cost for an entire year will be approximately
$7905. This represents a 16Z increase for the title. This change is not
