The site plan shall show the location of the classrooms and contractor's yard; signage, which shall inform the public of the reason and use of the land and the contact person and their phone number; fencing, shall be of an "obscuring design" and property security devices shall' be shown on said site plan. {28). Destruction. It is further agreed between the Lessor and the Lessee that if during the term of this Lease the improvements on the Leased Premises are damaged or destroyed by fire , the elements , or through any other cause , so as to render the Leased Premises or portables unfit for occupancy, the Lessor agrees to permit the Lessee to repair or reconstruct the portables at the Lessee 's expense subject to approval of the Lessee , Board of Education and the State Board of Vocational Technical Education, or to terminate the lease. If during the Lease period the City of Saint Paul is required to conduct repairs to utilities located in or on the Leased Prearises , the Lessee shall move at the Lessee's expense any portable classrooms or materials which interfere with the repairs of the utilities.
