Riverview Avenue from Sidney Street to Page Street;
Page Street from State Street to Oakdale Avenue ;
State Street from Robert Street to Concord Street;
', Sidney Street from Robert Street to Oakdale Avenue and
� Kansas Street from Belvidere Street to Winona Street, to be
known as the SIDNEY/STATE — ANNAPOLIS/KANSAS AREA STREET PAVING
' AND LIGHTING SYSTEM.
I
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
± having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1.i That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
�$ 1,503,040 , financed by assessments $112,800; Capital Improvement Bonds
$326,200; Municipal State Aid 1988 $357,520; Public Improvement Aid 1988
$46,520; Storm Sewer Service Charge $305,900 and Grants and Loans $354,100.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 19th day of Nobember. 1987 ,at
nine ��(ko'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint P�ul.
3.'That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
i time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
