Also a permanent utility easemettt over, across and ' through the east 25 feet of the west 50 feet of the south 50 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Nevada Place. Also a permanent utility easement in vacated Nevada Avenue whose center line is 15 feet east of the west line extended of Lot 9, Block 5, Morton's Addition and extends from the south line to the north line of vacated avenue. Also temporary easement shown on the plan on file in the offi;ce of Finance and Management Services. Said temporary easements to exp�re December 31, 1988 or at the completion of construction whichever comes first. As a part of the Arlington/Arkwright Storm Sewer Project. (North of Arlington between Arkwright and Westmins�er) under Admin�strative Order approved The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having consid�red said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 20,000 . financed from Combined Storm Sewer Funds. 2. That a public hear}r��e had on said improvement on the 17th day of l�ovember, 1�� �t Q.�� ����p o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul. 3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time'and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
