RESOLVEp, that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a lease agreement with Zimmerman Realty, 1954 University Avenue, for
rental pf approximately 2,850 square feet of office space for the benefit of the
Divisio� of Public Health subject to the terms and conditions of said agreement,
a copy of which is to be kept on file and on record in the Department of Finance
and Man�gement Services.
