WI�EREAS, the magic numoer is 8; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Twins are on their way to the pennants
WHEREAS, Saint Paul is hometown to some of the �est plal�ers in Major League
history, such as Dave Winfield, Jack Morris and Paul Molitor, and;
WHEREAS, Twins fans in Saint Paul have supported the team through good times
and �ad; now
THEREFORE, be it resolved, the Saint Paul City Council declares now through
the World Series as "Twins Time''; and ae it
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Council here�y esta�lishes an ad hoc task force of
Twins fans to promote and support the Twins in their drive to the pennant.
