by Will Inc. DBA Schweitz's Bar at 956 Payne Avenue on September
18th, 1987, between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 12:30 A.M. ,
September 19, 1987, between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 12:30 A.M.
and on September 20, 1987 between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and
11:00 P.M, be and the same is hereby extended to include the
parking lot adjacent to the rear of the building.

Dear Mr. Carchedi,
The Payne Avenue Harvest Festival celebration will take
place September 17th through the 20th, Once again we are
asking for permission to extend our licenses to include a
tent on our parking lot adjacent to the rear of our �uilding,
As in the past, all reg�lations regarding doormen, non-
glass containers during parade, security and fencing etc, will
be our great concern and attention, We have had no problems
with this extension in the past many years .
Th.e dates would be Friday September 18th at noon until
12: 30 am. ,Saturday noon until 12 : 30 am. and on Sunday from
1: 00 pm. until 11:00 pm. or earlier,
