An Administrative Resolution repealing
Resolution No. 87-1074 in its entirety.
WHEREAS , on July 28 , 1987 the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 87-1074 providing for a reach down affirmative action program
for original entry positions in the classified system of the
City of Saint Paul ; and
WHEREAS , Efforts have been made to subject this resolution
to a referendum before the voters of the City of Saint Paul ;
and
WHEREAS , as a result of this referendum it is the intent
of this Council to repeal Resolution No. 87-1074 in its entirety;
now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 87-1074 passed by this Council
on July 28 , 1987 and approved by the Mayor on August 12, 1987 ,
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
