Bigelow Foundation 10,000 WHEREAS, subject to the executi:on of these grant agreements, there will exist revenues in excess of those estimated in the 1987 budget, and the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the City Charter, does certify that these revenues are available for appropriation; and WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following changes be made to the 1987 budget, subject to the execution of the grant agreements between the City and the Mardag Foundation, the Saint Paul Foundation, and the F.R. Bigelow Foundation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby accept the grants from the Mardag Foundation, the Saint Paul Foundation, and the F.R.
