RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement with the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) whereby HUD will reimburse the
City's Department of Human Rights in the amount of $16,000.00 for the
investigation of Title VIII housing discrimination complaints and for
training of staff; said contrac� in the total amount of $16,000.00; a
copy of said Agreement to be kept on file and of record in the Depart-
ment of Finance and Management Services.
