WH�'REAS, the Mayor of the City of Saint l�auJ., in aceordance with
Chapter 10 nf th� City Charter, has subn�itted to the City Council
his proposed 13uc�gets for the caJlendar year 1988, which Budgets have
be�n rec�ived and pl��e� an fi�e in the Offa.ce of the City C1erk;
and
:t-i�:;.�AS, th�: City Counc�a �s required by 1aw and th� Ck�a::t�r to
hold a public h�aring prior to the adoption by it of the Budgets
f�r the City of Saint Paul, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that a public hearing shall be held on the proposed City
Budgets for the year 1988 in the Cauncil Chambers of the City of
Saint Paul at 7:00 P.Pn. on September 17, 1987 which public hearing
may be adjourned from time to time; and be it
FURTH�R �tESOLVED, that in �ccordance with Chapter 56.02 of the
Saint Paul Administrative Cade, th� City �lerk shall forthwith publi�h
once in the official newspaper of the City, the noti.ce of the Counci.l's
proposed �ublic hearing.
