(�1HEREAS, Lot A, Afton Hill Development identified as PIN 11-
28-22-11-Q044 is tax fofeited land held in trust by the State of
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of Saint
Paul has requested acquisition of said property for right-of-way
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works intends to apply for
convenyance of said tax-forfeited lands under Minnesota Statute
Section 282-01;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials
are hereby authorized to acquire said tax-forfeited lands and are
also directed to accept a deed from the State of Minnesota
allowing the City to use this land for a public purpose.
