in a severance pay dispute an�d a $28,000 settlement of the Blees/Tedesco dispute, and
Wf�REAS, the total of the two settlements leaves a deficit in the Judgement & Compromise
Activity of $33,289, an�
WI�EAS, The Mayort pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the City Charter, does certify
that there are available for appropriation revenues in e�ccess of those estimated
i.n the 1987 budget; and
WI�EAS, The Mayor recomnends the follawing changes to the 1987 budget:
