WHEREAS, Council File Number 86-625 established residential permit parking on
several residential streets near the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Selby Avenue,
and,
WHEREAS, the Public Works Departme�t has received a written request ta remove
portions of these parking regulations from two of the three abutting property owners
representing 90 percent af the front footage; and
WHEREAS, 75 additionel off-street parking spaces have recently been ct�nstructed
on this property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEU, that the following revisions be made in the residential
permit parking area in and around the Selby-Snelling commercia! area.
1. Remove the residential permit parking restrictions on the north side
of Dayton Ave. fram Saratoga St. to Snelling Ave.
2. Remove the residential permit parking restrictions on the south side
of Dayton Ave. from 160 feet to 200 feet west of Saratoga St.
3. Remove the residential permit parking restrictions an the north side
of Sel6y Ave. from 1 b0 to 240 feet west af Saratoga St.
4. Establish One Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the north side of
Selby Ave. from 160 to 244 feet west af Sar�toga St.
