THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 . That ordinance 1Vo. 17299, adopted October 15, 1985 , as amended by ordinances No. 17370, adopted July 10 , 1986 , and No. 17385, adopted August 14, 1986, be amended to read as follows : Pesticide applications: posting. Al1 persons who apply pesticides outdoors are required to asse�� post or affix warning ��ags signs on the street frontage of the property so -cr�ated. The warning ��ags signs must protrude a mini- mum of 18 incne� above the top of the grass line. e�-g�aae �}r3e;-wl�}e�ie�e�-�s-�i}�Ae� The warning €�ags signs mus� be of a material rain resistant for at least a �� 48-hour �eriod and must remain in place for at least a 48-hour period or longer if th� human reentry interval prescribea in the pesticide l�'o�I s�ecifies a longer hourly or daily interval . (date of safe entry - at least 48 hours after application or longer if specified on pesticide label ) . . . " or a universally accepted symbol and text approved by the Commissioner of Agriculture specifying a date of safe entry as specified herein.
