This will confirm our conference this
morning relative to the on-sale liquor license
No. 15995 issued to SPH Hotel Company and
Radisson Hotel Corporation at 11 East Kellogg
Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101, in connec-
tion with the operation of the Radisson Hotel
St. Paul.
Radisson Hotel Corporation is a wholly owned
subsidiary of Carlson Companies, Inc. and has
conveyed its interest in the hotel to Carlson
Real Estate Company, another affiliate of the
Carlson interests. Carlson Real Estate Company,
successor to Radisson Hotel Corporation, has now
conveyed its interest in the hotel to Port
Authority of the City of St. Paul. A new limited
partnership has been formed in which SPH Hotel
Company is the general partner and Port Authority
of the City of St. Paul is the limited partner.
There is no change in the officers, directors
or shareholders of SPH Hotel Company. Radissan
Hotel Corporation, although no longer an owner
. of the hotel, will continue to be the manager
under the terms of a new management agreement
between the new limited partnership and Radisson
Hotel Carporation.
Since Radisson Hotel Corporation is no
longer an owner, request is hereby made that
its name be deleted from the license.
