Voting In the Matter of improving the following avenue and streets by grading and paving,
Ward constructing concrete curb and gutter; constructing storm water
drainage facilities in Upland Avenue from Burlington Road to
7 Oakridge Street; Oakridge Street from approximately 130 feet west
of Upland Avenue to Howard Street and in Fir Street from Oakridge
Street to approximately 500 feet south of Oakridge Street; Howard
Street from Burlington Road to approximately 800 feet south of
Burlington Road. Also constructing a sanitary sewer in Oakridge Street
from 130 feet west of Upland Avenue and Fir Street from Oakridge
Street to approximately 500 feet south of Oakridge Street; and in
Howard Street from Burlington Road to approximately 800 feet south
of Burlington Road. Also constructing sanitary sewer service
connections.
Also, constructing a street lighting system in the above mentioned
streets.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ �_,�pgg , financed by assessments $281,200 and City Aid $151,800.
Sanitary sewer connections assessed at $750 per connection.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1 1 th day of g�,,�,�s� 1987 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
