WHEREAS: The application of Thoma.s Kozlak for a Class III Entertair�ment
License was submitted, together with the rec{uired petition,
before the implementation of new referral and hearing procedures
by the Council; and
WHEREAS: The applicant has relied on the timelines and procedures formerly
in existence in planning and organizing the opening of the
restaurant for which said License is sought, and the said License
is an important part of the business; and
WI�REAS: The Council wishes to accommodate the schedule for opening of the
restaurant and grant the License for a limited period of time,
yet allow the new procedures for referral and hearing to be
used; and
Wf-IEREAS: The applicant has consented and agreed to the issuance of the
said License for a li.mited period of time; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That Thomas Kozlak is granted a Class III Entertaimnent License
for the restaurant premises to be located in the Hill Plaza
Building, said License to be effective only until August 22, 1987,
unless otherwise granted or renewed.
