Dear City Council and Mr. Carchedi:
Regarding License No. 16350 for Service Area: Penthouse and
Chimera Theatre issued to the St. Paul-Ramsey Arts and
Science Council, Chimera Theatre Company requests a Patio
License for the period of July 10 through August 2 , 1987 .
Chimera Theatre Company would like to have bar service
available to our patrons in a "Picnic On The Plaza'�event
in conjunction with our production of Neil Simon' s YOU OUGHT
TO BE IN PICTURES. The patio bar service would be available
to audience members only from 7 p.m, to 8 p .m. Thursday,
Friday, and Saturday evenings for this four week period.
The space indicated on the attached floor plan is on the
Northeast corner of the Arts and Science Center. This area
is elevated above the street level and would be chained off
from the general public. �
