WHEREAS, Peggy Reichert, deputy director for the Planning Division, in
the Department of Planning and Economic Development, is on maternity leave,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Pursuant to Section 10.05 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the
Council does hereby confirm and ratify the appointment, by the Mayor, of
Allen Lovejoy as acting deputy director for the Division of Planning until
such time as Ms. Reichert returns from her maternity leave.
