out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :

his claim of damages sustained on or about March 17, 1987 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filea in the
City Clerk ' s office on April 28 , 1987.

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY CHARLES P . McCARTY
On March 17, 1987 , a Saint Paul Fire engine driven b� employee
Donald Dobinski made a lane �hange into the path of a vehcile
driven and owned by Charles McCarty III . The fire engine did not
see Mr. McCarty ' s vehicle and struck it causing damage in the
amount of $2 , 388 . 40 . We have approved settlement of Mr. McCarty' s
claim in the amount of $2 , 388 .40 .
