WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution 273522 approved
August 16, 1979, vacated Clinton Street described as follows:
Clinton Street lying Northerly of the North right-
of-way line of Concord Street , as widened ,
Southerly of the South right-of-way line of
Congress Street, and westerly of the following
described Line A:
LINE A
The line 33 feet west of and parallel to the
following described line:
Commencing at the intersection of the center line
of Clinton Avenue and the South line of Congress
Street; thence South 0°25' 30" East along the said
centerline of Clinton Avenue for 40.00 feet; thence
to the left on a curve having a radius of 178.95
feet, an intersection angle of 44 °18'30", for an
arc distance of 138.39 feet; thence South 44°44'
East for 389.07 feet; thence to the left on a curve
having a radius of 455.70 feet, an intersection
angle of 20 �0', for an arc distance of 159.06 feet;
thence South, 64° 44' East for 33.33 feet more or
less to the West line of State Street and there
terminating, said terminating bearing and point
being 2.0 feet Southwesterly of the center line of
Robie Street, as platted adjacent to Block 15 of
Bells Addition, extended Northwesterly to the said
West line of vacated State Street.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has determined that
the sewer easement retained in resolution 273522 is no longer
