WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by Council
�' Resolution C.F. 273522 approved August 17, 1979 did vacate
certain public right-of-way in the City of Saint Paul described
as follows:
Winifred Street lying Westerly of the East right-
of-way line of Clinton Street and lying Easterly
of a line 10 feet west of and parallel to the
Westerly right-of-way line of Clinton Street;
Clinton Street lying Northerly of the North right-
of-way line of Concord Street, as widened ,
Southerly of the South right-of-way line of
Congress Street, and westerly of the following
described Line A:

The line 33 feet west of and parallel to the
following described line: Com mencing at the
intersection of the center line of Clinton Avenue
and the South line of Congress Street; thence
. South 0°25' 30" East along the said centerline of
Clinton Avenue for 40.00 feet; thence to the left
on a curve having a radius of 178.95 feet, an
intersection angle of 44� 18 ' 30" , for an arc
distance of 138.39 feet; thence South 44o44'East
for 389.07 feet; thence to the left on a curve
having a radius of 455.70 feet, an intersection
angle of 20°0' for an arc distance of 159.06 feet;
thence South 64 °44' East for 33.33 feet more or
less to the West line of State Street and there

Robie Street lying Easterly of the East right-of-

the previously described Line A, and Westerly of
the West right-of-way line of State Street;
Greenwood Street lying Southerly of the North
right-of-way line of Robie Street and Northerly of
the North right-of-way line of State Street;
WHEREAS, based upon utility easement Certificates of
Intended Non-Use filed voluntarily on behalf of Northern States
Power Company, the Department of Public Works, the Water Utility,
Western Union, District Energy St. Paul , Inc. , Continental
Cablevision and Northwestern Bell Telephone and made a part
hereof by this reference and filed in the office of the City
Clerk of Saint Paul , the City for itself and on behalf of these
corporations and departments waives the right to utility
easements in the vacated areas as described in the Certificates
of Intended Non-Use .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 130.06 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code and on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul and those persons for whom the City has reserved
easements , the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
waive and release the retained utility easements in the vacated
public property as specified in the Certificates of Intended Non-
Use; and
