WHEREAS, The Human Services Initiative is currently administered in
Special Fund #301 , Department of Community Services; AND
WHEREAS, The Mayor recommends the activity be part of the Special Fund
titled Special Projects - General Government and be administered by
the Mayor' s Office effective May 1, 1987; AND
WHEREAS, The Mayor, Pursuant to Section 10. 07. 01 of the City Charter,
does certify that there is available for appropriation total revenue
in excess of those estimated for the 1987 budget; AND
WHEREAS, The Mayor recommends the following changes to the 1987 budget:
