Voting In the Matter of to open, widen and extend Cohansey Street by taking and condemning
Ward a 30—foot strip of land lying easterly and adjacent to present
5 platted Cohansey Street from the Northern Pacific Railway to
Wheelock Parkway.
Also, open, widen and extend a proposed East—West street by
taking and condemning a 50—foot strip of land lying northwesterly
and adjacent to the northwesterly property line of the Northern
Pacific Railway from the easterly line of proposed Cohansey Street
to the East line of Lot 29, Cottage Homes,
Also, open, widen and extend Arundel Street by taking and condemning
a 50—foot strip of land lying 25 feet easterly and 25 feet westerly
of the East line of Lot 29, Cottage Homes, from the Northern Pacific
Railway to Ivy Avenue.
Also, condemning for drainage purposes a flowage easement on the
Railway right—of—way in the vicinity of Cohansey and proposed
Arundel Street.
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is not yet determined.

2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ��— day of
Alugust ����qg� , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
