Voting In the Matter of improving COHANSEY STREET from Northern Pacif ic Railway to
Ward Wheelock Parkway and the proposed EAST-WEST STREET from
5 Cohansey Street to Arundel Street (extended) and ARUNDEL
STREET from Northern Pacific Railway to Ivy Avenue and
IVY AVENUE from Arundel Street (extended) to Western Avenue
by grading and paving, constructing concrete curb and gutters,
construct storm water drainage facilities, construct a sanitary �
sewer and sewer service connections. Also construct a street
lighting system in the above same streets.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ �g�,400 , financed by assessments $223,100 and Aid 162,400.
Sanitary Sewer Service Connections assessed at $750. per connection
in addition to improvements. 25th August
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ��e� day of �rlv 1987 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
