to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l . Robert N. Satterstrom the sum of $706 .12 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about May 15 , 1987,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk ' s office on May 19 , 1987.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROBERT N. SATTERSTROM
On May 15 , 1987, Saint Paul employee William Hart , while working
for the Department of Public Works , backed a City vehicle into a
parked car. The car belongs to Robert Satterstrom. There was
$676 .12 of damage to Mr. Satterstrom ' s car . As a result of our
investigation, it is our opinion that the City is liable and that
Mr. Satterstrom should be compensated for $706 .12 ( $676 .12 cost
to repair , plus $30 . 00 rental car expense ) .
