SATTERSTROM On May 15 , 1987, Saint Paul employee William Hart , while working for the Department of Public Works , backed a City vehicle into a parked car. The car belongs to Robert Satterstrom. There was $676 .12 of damage to Mr. Satterstrom ' s car . As a result of our investigation, it is our opinion that the City is liable and that Mr. Satterstrom should be compensated for $706 .12 ( $676 .12 cost to repair , plus $30 . 00 rental car expense ) .
