West of and 757.12 feet distant from the East Quarter Corner of said

thence South 33 degrees 03 minutes 05 aeconds Yest of and 87.09 feet
distant to the termination of said temporarp construction easement and the
beginning of a 30 foot permanent and a 40 foot temporary construction
ea8ement. The 30 foot permanent easement is centered on and the 40 foot
temporary constrnction easement is 15 feet left of and 25 feet right of the
folloxing described line:
thence South 50 degrees 1g minutes 12 seconds West, 87.71 feet to the
termination of said easements;
