RESOLUTION Council File # �'9-�,�0 Green Sheet # 3 G `'� � 2 WHEREAS, Tina Baribeau began in the Police Department Records Unit in 1984 as a Clerk Typist 2 and continued 3 with the Police Department in the capacity of a Clerk Steno 2 and Clerk Typist 3 in the Vice, Special Investigarions 4 and Training Units; and WHEREAS, Tina Baribeau, although she briefly experimented with a staff position in the Mayor's Office in 1992, saw the error in her ways, and retumed to the Police Department, and eventually found her way to Wazd One Councilmember 7erry Blakey's Office as Secretary in 1997; and WHEREAS, Tina Baribeau is recognized by all who have had the pleasure of working with her as: professional, efficient in navigating City systems, and able to work with cifizens under the most trying circumstances; and 10 WHEREA5, Tina Baribeau has eamed the trust and e�ctraordinary confidence of her colleagues and supervisors I 1 through the remazkable character she has demonstrated in her years of service; and 12 Wf�RF.AS, Tina Baribeau brought a tremendous sense of humor t4 the difficult and stressful environment of the 13 Police Department and the even more difficuk and stressful environment of the City Council; now, therefore, be it 14 RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council recognizes Tina Baribeau's yeazs of service and thanks her on behalf 15 of the employees and ci6zens of the City of Saint Paul.
